GearStacks provides tools to create, browse, and share lists of gear (“setups”) and related information. Features may change over time. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

You are responsible for content you submit, including titles, descriptions, links, and notes. You represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights. We may remove content or suspend access where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, the Service, or to comply with law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GearStacks and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), if you have not paid us.

We may modify these terms or the Service at any time. We will post updated terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
